Anthony Ashe
Managing Director
Anthony Ashe brings deep experience on both sides of a search to his role as Managing Director in the Industrial Practice at ZRG where he spends his time with both Industrial companies and Private Equity Clients with Manufacturing Portfolio Companies. Prior to pivoting to Executive Search and Consulting in 2022, Anthony spent the last 20+ years leading large, complex, Commercial & Supply Chain Organizations for companies like US Steel, Arconic, and Norsk Hydro. His background also extends to senior sales and engineering roles at stalwart companies like Eaton, Boeing, and Alcoa.
Anthony's search practice is informed by his hands-on background in major industry. Through building and leading differentiated Commercial teams that called on hundreds of clients across aerospace, automotive, packaging, HVAC, construction, and infrastructure, he has a keen eye for talent and knows firsthand what it takes to succeed in leadership roles whether at a startup or a multinational company. He focuses on synthesizing complex problems and issues to drive solutions through a focus on leadership, development, communication, and relationship building.
Anthony holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University, where he is also an advisor to the Black Corporate Board Readiness Program. He additionally holds an MBA from Seattle University in Electronic Commerce & Marketing. Anthony, his wife, and their children reside in River Forest IL where Anthony leads the High School Community Council and is the Board Chair for the Chicago Non-Profit LINK Unlimited Scholars.
