CANDIDATE INTERVIEWS

  • The ZRG search team conducts in-person or virtual interviews
    with each candidate 
  • ZRG will deliver to the client reports about finalists outlining:
    • Career details
    • Compensation
    • Written and online assessment results
    • Scheduling of the shortlist candidate interviews, prepared interview questions, and additional support during the decision process

OFFER NEGOTIATION/REFERENCING/ONBOARDING

  • ZRG will assist with all candidate offer negotiations
  • ZRG will work with the client to ensure smooth onboarding
