ZRG bolsters Global Consumer practice with additions of Nicole Phillips, David Pearce, and Kasper Cheung
Rochelle Park, NJ, Nov. 19, 2019 – ZRG, the fastest-growing global executive search firm, announced today that the firm has added three new Managing Directors to the Consumer practice. Nicole Phillips will work out the firm’s New York City office and will be focused on supporting clients in the retail sector. In addition to direct experience in the retail sector working for the Limited Brands, she also brings over 20 years of executive search experience with global firms Korn Ferry and Heidrick and Struggles. David Pearce joins ZRG Partners after five years with Korn Ferry in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he was a senior client partner. He brings deep relationships in the important Minnesota and Upper Midwest region as well as broad experience across the consumer products, manufacturing, and business services sectors. Prior to his experience with Korn Ferry, David had a long and successful career in the industry as a CEO and President of several successful firms in the business process outsourcing, energy, and consumer-based financial services areas. Kasper Cheung joins ZRG with a ten-year history in executive search in the Greater China and Asia region across the consumer goods and industrial practices and will work out of ZRG’s Shanghai, China, office.
