Sept. 18, 2024 – ZRG is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Stevens as a Managing Director in the firm’s Interim Solutions practice.
Neil Stevens brings over 25 years of extensive experience in accounting, finance, and consulting, specializing in driving business development within high-growth sectors. His career began as a CPA, leading audits in the financial services, energy, and entertainment industries. He later transitioned to corporate accounting at The Walt Disney Company, where he led the consolidation team for the Consumer Products division. Neil's background spans financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and ERP system implementations, making him a well-rounded leader in financial operations.
In his new role at ZRG, Neil will focus on expanding the firm's interim solutions offering across Southern California and the Western region. With his deep industry expertise, particularly in media and entertainment, he will be responsible for leading consulting engagements that deliver immediate and impactful solutions to clients facing financial or operational challenges. His success in building global practices aligns well with ZRG’s growth objectives in these key markets.
Prior to joining ZRG, Neil spent 20 years at RGP, where he was instrumental in expanding the firm’s media and entertainment practice. As VP of Client Services, Neil spearheaded business development in the LA market, with a focus on Fortune 100 clients. His entrepreneurial mindset and client-centric approach drove the practice's global expansion across Europe, Asia Pacific, and Mexico.
