Rochelle Park, NJ, September 23, 2024 – Global talent advisory firm ZRG today announced the appointment of Randy Schmitz to their Technology practice group.
Schmitz’s career in executive leadership spans more than 25 years. Prior to his time in search, he led five different technology companies to exit in Silicon Valley. During that time, he raised over $45 million in funding.
As a search specialist, Schmitz has worked with Frederickson Partners, where he was key in expanding their reach beyond human resources roles. He has held senior go-to-market positions at numerous tech firms from HR technology to natural language processing.
“Randy’s ‘in the chair’ background in tech will be invaluable to our clients,” stated Larry Hartmann, CEO of ZRG. “Having raised a good amount of venture capital, he’ll be well positioned to guide our clients to the kinds of leaders who can help them make a push in the market.”
“I believe ZRG has a unique opportunity to meet every client where they are on their growth journey and add substantial value for them,” Schmitz said. “Our highly differentiated offerings, combined with our tech platform, dramatically improve hiring decisions for our clients so that the critical leaders we place thrive for the long-term.”
