Lisa Hooker Joins ZRG’s Austin Office, Technology and Board Practices as Managing Director

Rochelle Park, NJ, September 28, 2020ZRG, the fastest-growing global executive search firm, welcomes executive search consultant Lisa Hooker to their Austin office. As Managing Director, she will serve as an active member of the firm’s Technology, Board Services, Private Equity, and Diversity & Inclusion practice groups.

In her 20-plus years of executive search experience, Lisa has completed board and leadership assignments for Fortune 500, mid-cap, and SME clients and technology-focused private equity, pre-IPO, and venture-backed companies alike. C-suite executives and boards of directors count on her guidance with regard to director onboarding, CEO succession, board efficiency, and leadership assessment and development.

Lisa’s career prior to ZRG includes tenures at Odgers Berndtson (Partner) and Bridgestreet Partners (Founding Partner). In addition, she has served as Vice President and North American Technology Practice Leader for A.T. Kearney Executive Search and Technology Practice Leader for Ray & Berndtson; she previously sat on the Board of Directors of the latter. Lisa began her career with numerous sales and marketing roles at MCI Telecommunications.

Lisa’s utmost goal is to deliver superior outcomes on behalf of her clients. She is passionate about diversity and has specific expertise in the areas of AI/machine learning, cybersecurity, IoT, and SaaS. Having lived in Los Angeles for a decade and New York for two, her career has truly seen her work from coast to coast.
