Aaron Walker Joins ZRG as Managing Director in Technology Practice

Aaron joins ZRG with a passion for meeting new people, developing long-lasting relationships, and aligning the right talent with strategic opportunities to drive significant business results. His extensive experience spans multiple sectors, showcasing his versatility and depth of knowledge.

Before joining ZRG, Aaron was a Partner in True Search’s Go-to-Market (GTM) practice and led the Go-to-Market practice for a boutique executive search firm. He collaborated with Private Equity and later stage Venture Capital/Growth Equity portfolio companies to scale their Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Commercial Operations teams. Notably, Aaron played a pivotal role in founding True’s Games, Entertainment, Media, and Sports (GEMS) practice.

Aaron's impressive career also includes his tenure as an executive recruiting leader at Vanguard and as the Senior Talent Partner for New Business Incubation and Strategy at Comcast. In these roles, he supported executive leadership by developing human capital and talent acquisition strategies essential to new product launches, corporate partnerships, organizational transformations, and M&A activities. Earlier in his career, Aaron led strategic partnerships and alliances for a sports media start-up.
