Sandy Davies is the Vice President of Outplacement & Career Transition Programs and Services with Bravanti. Sandy is certified as a Fellow Manager by the Institute of Career Certification International.
As a member of the firm’s Outplacement & Career Transition Practice leadership team, Sandy brings a strong background in technology and HR consulting to provide focus to Bravanti’s strategic technology development. In her current role, Sandy is involved in designing and implementing new programs and services, ensuring that the firm delivers consistently relevant assistance in an ever-changing job search arena. She also leads the firm’s large-scale downsizing sub-practice, PRP (Positive Restructuring Process), which provides consulting and best practices guidance to organizations facing significant workforce realignments.
A skilled project and account manager, Sandy is highly regarded for her responsiveness to client needs and ability to develop creative, targeted approaches for corporate clients from a wide variety of industries. Sandy is based in the Chicago office and provides career coaching for the Outplacement & Career Transition practice, which offers a highly personalized approach to career planning and outplacement services for companies, executives, and other professionals.
Prior to joining Bravanti, Sandy served as the Vice President of Programs and Services for the Derson Group, acting as the principal contact for many of the firm’s major accounts, including telecom/technology, financial, and non-profit organizations. She also spent eight years with Continental Bank (now Bank of America), where she was involved in several large projects encompassing technological and organizational change. Sandy holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business administration and master’s of business administration in management information systems from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois
