Léssel Della Manna

Léssel Della Manna is a Director of ZRG Partners Brazil, based in the São Paulo office, and member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice. With over sixteen years’ experience in executive search, she specializes in identifying top talent for the Insurance, Private Banking, Asset Management, and Special Situations sectors. Léssel also brings extensive expertise in executive assessments, leadership development, and succession planning.
Before joining ZRG Partners, Léssel was a Principal at Heidrick & Struggles, focusing on the Financial Services Practice. Previously, she served as a Director at a multinational executive search firm and as a Partner ia a Boutique, where she was instrumental in launching and expanding the Financial Services Practice.
Léssel holds a postgraduate degree in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from the University of São Paulo and a degree in Psychology from Mackenzie University. She is also a certified coach through the International Coaching Institute. Léssel is a native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English and French.
