Gabrielle Gibson serves as Turnkey’s Director of Recruiting Operations. In this role, Gabby directly supports Turnkey’s internal team throughout the full life cycle recruiting process, by overseeing the day-to-day recruiting operations and internship program. Gabby creates recruiting operations that are scalable, sustainable, and allow all team members to be as efficient in their workdays as possible. Most importantly, she supports the recruiters by helping them to work through any operational roadblocks they may be facing. Gabby takes pride in providing clarity and authenticity through the policies and procedures she instills, to make sure that everyone feels supported and excited about the growth and future of the company.
Prior to joining Turnkey, Gabby worked in healthcare as a recruiter and more recently a project manager, where she was responsible for establishing consistent, sustainable, and scalable operational support tools, processes, and documentation for the talent department. In addition to overseeing various projects within the company, she developed and executed a culture plan to effectively restructure the talent department’s culture to be more inclusive, intentional, and unified. Before diving into healthcare, Gabby had an extensive background in collegiate athletics, working both in player development at the University of Tennessee Athletics, and football recruiting both at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Gabby is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Sports Administration. She also graduated from the University of Tennessee where she received her Master’s in Human Resources and Business Management.
