Professional Profile

With 25 years of professional experience, Dave brings a Digital and Manufacturing focus to the Consumer Practice at ZRG. He has successfully placed CMO, VP Marketing, VP Digital, Dir. Digital, Dir. Analytics, and VP Trade Strategy roles within B2B and B2B2C organizations that include the likes of General Mills, Caseys General Stores, Cirrus Aircraft, Buffalo Wild Wings, Cargill, and Land O'Lakes. Dave is the co-founder of, a CEO roundtable, and founder of, an organization that helps match college students to Minnesota-based companies for internships and full-time jobs. He also serves on the board for the Be the Match Foundation and has previously held Board roles at the YMCA and the Make a Wish Foundation.

Previous Experience

Prior to ZRG, Dave helped to rebuild Korn Ferry’s Minneapolis office, adding many new clients and successful executive placements in the Northern Midwest region servicing all sectors. Those clients included Cargill, Carlson Hospitality, Cirrus Aircraft, DecoPac, Patterson Dental, Casey’s General Stores, Capella University, Catalyst Paper, and HB Fuller as well as law firms and nonprofits.

He graduated from California State University, Chico with a degree in Business Administration and continued his education at St. Thomas University, Minnesota, where he graduated with an MBA in Marketing.

Hobbies & Interests

David is an avid fly fisherman and world traveler. His bucket list includes visiting all 195 countries in his lifetime.
