As a former Bravanti team member, Angie Auvil re-joined the ?rm in 2022 as Vice President, Client Solutions. She brings more than 20 years of expertise in helping clients with integrated and strategic talent-related solutions. Angie is steeped in organizational levers for success such as talent management/effectiveness, succession, leadership development/acceleration, executive coaching, team optimization, executive transition, internal mobility, new leader acceleration, and women in leadership. Angie has worked with internal/external partners, C-suite leaders, functional leaders and CHROs in Fortune 500 companies, high-growth privately held organizations, and private equity businesses.
Angie resides in Zionsville, IN, and is responsible for developing Bravanti’s Midwest marketplace. She works to understand each of our client’s businesses and their speci?c needs, identifying the appropriate subject matter experts at Bravanti to partner with clients on various customized talent solutions. Angie serves as an internal advocate and trusted advisor for all her clients and always ensures that Bravanti exceeds clients’ expectations. She is responsible for the overall strategic effectiveness and long-term partnerships with clients.
Prior to joining Bravanti, Angie was a Client Relationship Manager for a global human capital consulting ?rm, where she worked with a variety of large global organizations going through change. She has partnered with numerous companies across multiple industries to develop human capital solutions in outsourced recruitment, competency modeling, selection/assessment, talent management, performance management, leadership and management development, succession planning, training design, 360-degree feedback systems, diversity and inclusion, HR transformation, organization transformation/change, role design, M&A integration, sales force effectiveness, compensation, climate surveys, and executive coaching. She has the depth and experience needed to help clients explore the right solutions to drive the desired business result.
Angie also worked as an Account Executive at a global leadership assessment and development ?rm and Recruiting Associate at an executive search/M&A buy-side advisory ?rm, and she started her career as an HR Generalist Intern for MasterBrand.
Angie holds a B.A. in psychology, with a minor in business and Spanish from Indiana University and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University. She is a member of Chicago Industrial Organizational Psychologists, Society of Industrial Organizational Psychologists, Society for Human Resource Professionals of Indianapolis, Human Resource Management Association of Chicago, ASTD, and the O.D. Network of Indianapolis.
