Andreas Sjostrom serves as a Managing Director in the firm’s London office and is a member of the Global Industrial Practice.
In January 2021, Andreas Sjostrom joined ZRG’s Industrial Practice from Heidrick & Struggles, where he was a Principal in the London and Stockholm offices. In that role, he was a member of the Industrial Practice, and he also led the Supply Chain & Operations Practice in the UK.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Andreas was a member of the Industrial Practice of another global executive search firm, first in Stockholm and later in London.
Areas of Expertise
Andreas has over 15 years of experience in executive search, assessments, and leadership development, focusing primarily on the Industrial sector across the UK and the Nordics.
He has advised international- public, private, and private equity-backed companies at board and executive level, spanning a range of industries including automation & controls, building products, capital goods, chemicals, cleantech/renewables, electronics, packaging, specialty materials, and automotive.
Education
Andreas earned his master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. He is fluent in English, Swedish, and Norwegian.
Hobbies and Interests
In his spare time, Andreas enjoys, boxing, off-piste skiing, trekking, and road cycling.
