PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Aaron Morehouse joined ZRG as a Managing Director in 2022. For more than 20 years, he has helped lead and transform organizations and companies. Dr. Morehouse is committed to advancing social and environmental impact through experiential, inclusive, culturally relevant, and global education and training.
With a bias for action, Aaron helps leaders achieve their goals and drive impact. He supports a portfolio of projects, organizations, and companies who seek to align teams, culture, and strategy. Aaron works directly with organizations and companies which are addressing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and serves as an advisor for philanthropists and CSR offices who aim to strategically align their resources to have the most effective impact.
Previous Experience
Dr. Morehouse brings 20 years of leadership experience growing the social and environmental impact of organizations. From engaging startups to navigating global organizations and complex networks of partnerships, Aaron has led experiential education and training programs in dozens of countries around the globe. He has worked with JP Morgan Chase, UBS, MacArthur Foundation, Boeing, Cisco, Google, and many other institutions to develop global philanthropic and CSR initiatives.
Areas of Expertise
Aaron serves as a coach, advisor, and collaborator with leaders to cultivate transformation and accelerate impact. He has technical expertise in program and organizational design, strategic management, change management, and adaptive systems-based solutions, as well as a decade of executive leadership and management of nonprofit boards.
Education
Aaron earned his PhD in Education from Prescott College.
Hobbies and Interests
Aaron is an avid wilderness enthusiast, wild mushroom hunter, and wooden boat sailor. He has lived, worked, and travelled to over 40 countries around the globe.
