Charles Rohaut joined ZRG Partners in 2017 as Managing Director, having more than 15 years of experience in executive search, within the human resources, talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and internal executive recruitment functions. He has conducted international assignments in Europe, the US, and Asia.
Charles has successfully completed executive search assignments for senior leadership roles in life sciences, healthcare, and technology, including Board Director, CEO, COO, President, SVP/VP and other senior level positions with in General Management, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Strategy, Business Development & Licensing, Corporate Development/M&A, Research & Development (Discovery Research, Early and Late Stage Clinical Development), Medical Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Human Resources, and Accounting/Finance functions.
Previous Experience
Before ZRG, Charles was Vice President at a global, boutique life sciences executive search firm and previously, he was a Director for a leading, key executive search firm in their Global Life Sciences and Healthcare Practice. He helped to build global relationships with some of the largest companies in the life sciences sector, as well as with start-up to medium sized enterprises.
Earlier in his career, Charles was a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Paris office, focusing on the healthcare industry. He entered the search profession with Bernard Riquier Consul Group, a recruiting firm specializing in serving information technology and telecommunications clients.
Education
A graduate of Boston’s Wheaton College, Charles also earned an MBA from el Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. He is fluent in French, English, and Spanish. Charles is based in the Austin, TX office.
