Martha brings a wealth of experience to ZRG Partners. Having spent 10 years writing and speaking to the technology community, Martha's network of technology executives is second to none.
Martha's primary focus at ZRG Partners is recruiting technology leadership at the C, VP and Director level for fortune 500 companies and technology startups. She also specializes in cross enterprise recruiting in the hospitality, digital media and high tech industries.
Prior to joining ZRG Partners, Martha was co-founder and managing director of the CIO Executive Council, a professional organization for CIOs run by CIO magazine.
At the Council, Martha developed programs that allowed CIOs to share leadership development ideas and hiring and retention best practices. She led advocacy programs to improve the IT workforce and better the standing of the CIO in the executive suite, and she ran research projects on IT staffing trends. Prior to this, Martha developed and directed the CIO Best Practice Exchange, a members-only network of CIOs from top-tier organizations, as well as CIO Select, a peer-to-peer program for IT executives.
During her tenure at CIO magazine, Martha wrote a weekly column on IT leadership and led a series of executive events on IT staffing, career development, and leadership.
Martha is currently a CIO magazine's Career Strategist columnist. She is a frequent speaker at organizations like the CIO Executive Summit, the Society for Information Managers, the United Nations, IS Associates, and numerous executive education programs.
